SO working hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Responsibilities of SO operators – to find quick solutions for applications, usually, submitted by users of systems supported by MI Information Centre. In order to ensure efficient solutions for applications, applicant must explain description of the application in detail. All applications are registered in the unified PD system and operators must follow the term of processing. Communication with the user is maintained by various means of communication: phone, e-mail, fax, etc.
