Process description
Step 1.
In order to request a service, an application addressed to the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior shall include the following information: the name, surname, address of the customer; contact information (telephone number or e-mail address); the amount of the requested messages (description).
The application may be submitted: by mail; by fax; by sending to e-mail as a document signed with a secure electronic signature; by submitting electronically to the www.Latvija.lv website.Step 2
A certified statement or transcript may be received by post (in a registered letter in the territory of the Republic of Latvia, as well as outside the borders of Latvia, in a postal item).
