Process description
Request
In order to request a service, an application addressed to the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior shall be completed including the following information: the name, surname, address, contact details (telephone number or e-mail address) of the customer, the amount of the requested messages (description).
The application may be submitted: sending by mail, sending by fax, sending to e-mail as a document signed with a secure electronic signature, submitted electronically to the www.Latvija.lv website.Receiving
The statistical information prepared may be obtained when the service provided has been paid in full and can be certified by the applicant on presentation of the relevant service payment document as well as a personal identification document.
