The register is used for registration of security certificates, blaster certificates and blasting supervisor certificates, licenses issued by the State Police. The register is used to prevent and combat crime.

Accumulated information
- special permits (licenses) issued for the performance of security activities, registration certificates and security certificates of the internal security service, as well as security merchants, internal security services and their participants;
- special permits (licenses) for the commercial circulation of weapons, ammunition and special means, commercial companies and sole proprietors who have received them, persons who are entitled to represent the commercial company, its participants, as well as employees
- issued special permits (licenses) for commercial activities with explosives and blasting devices, managers of licensed merchants and persons who hold positions in the administrative structures of merchants and the issued blaster certificates and blasting work manager certificates;
- the special permits (licenses) issued for commercial activities with fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles, individual merchants and persons who hold positions in the administrative structures of the merchant, as well as employees of the merchant;
- issued special permits (licenses) for the performance of detective activities and certificates for the performance of detective activities.
