The service is intended for voluntary and free use by national and foreign cultural sites owners and holders. The main objective of the service is to promote the possibility for owners and holders of movable cultural objects to create and retain descriptions and photographs of objects, so that they can be submitted to the law enforcement authorities in the event of loss of objects.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    In order to use the “Creating a description of a cultural object” service, the owner/holder of a cultural object has 2 options: 1. Enter the home page of the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior, open the service “Creating a description of the cultural object”, enter information online regarding the description of the cultural object, include photographs of the cultural object, and keep a description on your computer or any information medium. 2. Enter the home page of the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior and download the form of the service on your workstation. Open it further and create descriptions of your cultural objects.
