The Regulations determine the structure and work organization of the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter - the Centre), the competence of the officials of the Centre with special service ranks (hereinafter - official), employees with whom an employment contract has been concluded (hereinafter - employee) and structural units.
The Centre performs the functions and tasks specified for it in the State Administration Structure Law, the Regulations of the Information Centre of the Ministry of the Interior and other regulatory enactments.
